Rhiannon Pritchard maintains this website and the courses offered (the “Site”) for the use of her customers, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Rhiannon Pritchard. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

1. Use of Site 

Rhiannon Pritchard provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Rhiannon Pritchard authorizes each User to view and download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.

2. User Warranty

As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other beauty/holistic training provider and the Site and Materials are solely for the purpose of your own education.

3. Trademark and Copyright

Rhiannon Pritchard and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of Rhiannon Pritchard and her affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. Hyperlinks

Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Rhiannon Pritchard has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

5. No Warranty

Rhiannon Pritchard may make changes to the Materials at this Site, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Rhiannon Pritchard, her suppliers, or other third parties mentioned at this Site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, interruption of services or inaccurate information) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this Site, any websites liked to this Site, or the Materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the Materials or information from this Site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof.

The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Rhiannon Pritchard may assign her rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.

8. Effective Date and Updates

The Terms are effective as of July 27^th 2020 and are subject to change without notice by Rhiannon Pritchard at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.

9. Course Price and Booking Fees

The Total Course Fee is displayed in the ‘Course Details’ section for each course. The Total Course Fee is payable in two instalments; Booking Fee and Course Balance Fee.

The Booking Fee will be indicated on the order page when you place your order. After you have paid the Booking Fee on the Site you will be enrolled to your chosen course and given access to the Online Learning Modules. You will have access to the Online Learning Modules for 365 days from the date of payment. The Booking Fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Upon receipt of the Booking Fee you will be sent an invoice via email for the Course Balance Fee along with a booking form for the Practical Training Course. The Course Balance Fee must be paid directly to your tutor 14 days in advance of your Practical Training Course.

10. Practical Training

All practical training will take place at: North Wales Nail & Beauty Training Ltd, 24 Brookes Street, Llandudno, LL30 2TT. Any change of location will made by prior agreement. In the event that the location is unavailable/unserviceable alternative arrangements will be made and participants informed with sufficient notice.

Practical Training Course places are issued on a first come first serve basis. Payment of the Course Balance Fee will secure a Practical Training Course place. Course places cannot be held without Course Balance Fee being paid. 

Rhiannon Pritchard reserves the right to postpone Practical Training Courses should minimum numbers not be reached. All efforts will be made to give as much notice as possible. 

Rhiannon Pritchard reserves the right to decline Practical Training Course applicants without explanation. 

In the event of a Practical Training Course being cancelled by Rhiannon Pritchard, alternative dates may be offered or a refund issued. The liability of this is limited to the monies paid.

Course participants are expected to attend all agreed Practical Training Course dates & complete all tasks as requested by Rhiannon Pritchard as outlined at the beginning of the course. Failure to attend Practical Training Course dates without notification will result in all training monies being lost.

11. Course Certification

All courses are accredited by ABT, IPHM, and recognised by CPD. Certification will only be issued when the Total Course Fee has been paid, and the Online Learning Modules and Practical Training Course have been completed to the satisfaction of the tutor

12. Cancellations and refunds

The Booking Fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable.

If for any reason a student has to cancel their place on the Practical Training Course, they must give notice in writing at least 10 days in advance of the Practical Training Course date. A refund of 50% of the Course Balance Fee will be issued if a student has given the required notice.

If a student fails to give the required notice they will not be entitled to any refund of the Course Balance Fee.

If a student fails to turn up on the day(s) of the Practical Training Course or cancels their attendance on the course day, the Course Balance Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If a student wishes attend the Practical Training Course on an alternative date(s) and the required cancellation notice has been given, the Course Balance Fee will be transferred to the alternative date(s) where possible. Where alternative dates are offered a rearrangement fee of £50.00 is chargeable. Should it not be possible to replicate training dates, the cost of continuing training will be charged at a day rate of £150.00 and completed on a 1:1 basis.

13. Insurance

Insurance cover is not provided as part of any courses provided by Rhiannon Pritchard. It is your responsibility to arrange such cover before beginning to accept payments for services offered. No responsibility is accepted by Rhiannon Pritchard for students not being insured.
