The online learning is self paced home study, lessons are delivered via pdf, presentations, and video lessons so you can refer back to them while learning. The online learning must be completed prior to the practical training. Part 2 – Practical Training. You will be required to attend 2 days of practical training at North Wales Nail & Beauty Training (10:00am – 4.00pm).

  • Is this course accredited?

Yes, all of our courses are fully accredited by ABT and IPHM, and recognised by CPD. This means you will be able to gain insurance and work in the industry.

  • What’s expected of me?

Commitment ….. You will receive the best training and support, all you need to do is commit. No, students are required to work on each other for the practical element; this is the best way to learn as you will have the opportunity to experience for yourself the relaxing effects of the treatment.

  • How will I be assessed?

The online learning is assessed via a series of short end of unit tests. You will be assessed during your practical training by means of observation. Following completion of both the online learning and the practical training days, you will be required to complete 3 case studies (treat 3 people a minimum of 3 times). This will allow you time to practice and develop your skills, gain confidence in your touch, and gain a deeper understanding. There is no exam or final assessment for this course.

  • Do I need to buy a kit?

No, all products and equipment needed for the course will be provided.

Loved it! The online modules were very easy to navigate around and all the information was easily understood, the quizzes at the end of each module were great to test my new knowledge. The practical was completed over two days, Rhiannon made it a very fun and positive experience and made sure I was comfortable at each stage before moving on. I didn’t think I would be able to do reflexology after just two days practical training, but I left feeling very confident in my ability and am looking forward to getting started on my case studies. Giving this treatment is almost as therapeutic as receiving it! I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in providing holistic treatments.
